No Smoking
This is a non-smoking home. If smoking does occur a fee of $500 will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking to restore the air quality. If smoking outside on the property please ensure cigarette is fully extinguished and put in tin can provided.
No Open Flame
Due to insurance requirements please do not light candles in residence or on property. Flame-less candles are provided for use during your stay. Fires are not permitted on the property as per town by-laws.
Dishes
Please ensure all dishes are washed and left drying the dish rack provided. If dirty dishes are left; a fee of $25 will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking to assist in additional cleaning costs.
Pets
We recognize that pets are part of the family and would hate to see them left behind.
- $25 a night for 1 dog
- $35 a night for 2 dogs
- A maximum of $150 per stay
- $250 pet deposit is required and is fully refundable at the end of stay if it is determined that there is no damage attributed to the pet in the property.
- Pet(s) need to be confirmed at time of booking. Review and acknowledgment of our PET POLICY FORM is required.
Dogs must be well behaved and not left unattended in the home.
There is a large chain linked dog run at the back of the property to use while you are away from the property. Owners are responsible for all clean-up of the property after their dog(s) and any damage resulting from the stay will be the responsibility of the occupant.
Occupant agrees to pay to repair any damage in its entirety.
